Popular sports journalist Patrick Osei Agyeman popularly known as Countryman Songo has joined Zylofon FM, a subsidiary company of Zylofon Media, according to reports.

An earlier report made by Ghpage.com revealed that Countryman Songo rained insults on Kwesi Nyantakyi for destroying Ghana football in the wake of delay in the start of the 2018 Ghana Premier League due to a High Court injunction placed on by Accra Great Olympics.
A further report we gathered stated that the ‘Fire Man’ as he is affectionately called was stopped on the show by the management of Multimedia especially after they had to intervene for Kwesi Nyantakyi to drop GHC 2m defamatory case against Countryman Songo.

Countryman Songo lost his job as presenter of ‘Fire for Fire’ on Adom TV. His dismissal could be a means by which Multimedia seeks to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
If it is true that the outspoken journalist has joined the East Legon based radio station, he will be ending his 13-year stay at Multimedia.
