‘One Corner’ hitmaker Patapaa we can say was full of hope that the ‘Most Popular Song’ of the year award will go to him for his ‘one corner’ song.
Unfortunately, Patapaa dream of winning never came into realisation as the award went to Fancy Gadam for his song, ‘Total Cheat’ which featured Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie.

After Fancy Gadam’s Total Cheat was called as the winner, Patapaa angrily stormed out of the auditorium to express his displeasure with the turn of events.
Patapaa stated in the interview that the board should do their work and stop taking “Stupid Money” from people who do not deserve the award.

It seems Fancy Gadam is not disturbed after been lashed out on social media for ‘stealing’ Patapaa’s award as he has recorded a video of himself mocking Patapaa.
In the video, he is seen making fun of Patapaa with his Gadam Nation members stating clearly that “most popular song, if you don’t like go die, Hahahaha”.
