Latest signee unto bullet’s Rufftown records Francine Nyanko Koffi better known as Fantana has shared her experience of using a trotro
In a recent interview, the artiste who has received a lot of bad press following her performance at the recently held Reign concert, revealed that she once used a trotro when she was traveling from East Legon to Makola. According to her that was only her first time and she only did it to get the feel of using a trotro.
Narrating the experience Fantana revealed that people kept staring at her and kept referring to her as ‘Obroni’ because of her distinct American accent.
She said;
‘Yes i sat in Trotro just once and it was deliberate because I wanted to get that “trotro” experience.
She added that she made the mate keep the change after she had paid her fare;
Passengers she joined in the car were calling me ‘obroni’ because of the way i was speaking in the Trotro. I even gave the mate GHc10 and didn’t take my change.’
Fantana has come under severe ridicule after her rather abysmal performance at the Shatta Wale’s Reign concert on Saturday.
