Rufftown Records signee Wendy Addo known in showbiz as Wendy Shay says the inclusion of Fantana to the record label does not in any way pose a threat to her.
She explained that there is no reason to be worried over Fantana’s addition since they are both in for the growth of the music industry.
After the signing of Fantana onto Rufftown Records, many have asserted that Wendy is likely to lose her slot at the label.
Fantana after her unveiling released a new song which came along with amazing visuals dubbed ‘So What’.
According to music lovers, Fantana seems more talented than Wendy Shay hence could be an in-house threat to her.
However, Wendy is of a different opinion stating categorically that she does not see Fantana as a threat.
Speaking in an interview, the Uber Driver hitmaker said, “I think we are both two different individuals and everyone has her brand, she is more of a dancehall person and I an afrobeat person, even though we can do both. We are all doing our best so there is no competition.”
“A newly born baby needs more attention because she has already passed through that stage and so if Bullet decides to give her more attention just so she can learn a thing or two, that won’t make me jealous either”, she added.
She further stated that “whenever she needs something, she comes to me and we share ideas. We talk often and I watch over her like a big sister.”
