Nigerian music icon Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, known by his stage name D’banj has disclosed that he is going to be a father again.
It can be recalled that about a year and a half ago, D’ Banj lost his son Daniel Jr. in a sad domestic accident that occurred at his Ikoyi home.
Speaking in an interview, he thanked everyone who supported him throughout the tough times and that very soon he will be a father again.
The sensational singer said that he never for once thought of losing his child ever and that the incident broke him.
He further stated emphatically that he is going to be a father soon just in a few months and that God had listened to his prayers.
The “Fall in Love” hitmaker also hinted on his two-part series album.
He stated that one part of the album talked about the challenges he faced when he lost his son, while the other part is his “every day” rhythm.
D’banj was introduced to the harmonica by his late older brother, Femi Oyebanjo, who died in a plane crash at age seventeen.
He shot to fame after he released his single ‘Fall in Love”.
