A father of two is currently in police custody for allegedly poisoning his children to death at Kumasi.

According to sources, the father who is believed to be in his early 30s was recently abandoned by his wife over financial challenges.
Sources explained that the man informed his neighbors that he was traveling to his hometown with his children.
The bodies of the children were later discovered by the neighbor in an uncompleted building and later informed the police.
The neighbors believed the man poisoned his children with biscuits and committed this crime because his wife abandoned him.
The ages of the children are not known yet but their bodies have been deposited at the morgue and investigations are currently underway.
