Footballer given Malaria mixture for emerging as Man of the Match


Ghanaian based Burkinabe footballer Songne Yacouba who plies his trade with Kumasi based Kumasi Asante Kotoko football club last Sunday received a box of Taabea Herbal Mixture after emerging as the Man of the Match after their clash with their rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.

Songne Yacouba who scored twice in the game to enable his Kotoko team triumph over Accra Hearts of Oak in the first leg of their anniversary friendly match was announced as the Most Valuable Player of the game was rewarded with a box of Taabea Herbal Mixture which treats Malaria and piles from the headline sponsor.

A picture which has now gone viral sees the Kotoko player been awarded the medicine and this has made social media users asking why he would be presented with such an award for his outstanding performance.

However, in addition to the box of Taabea Herbal Mixture, he received a cash prize of GHC 500 and a customized Taabea Herbal Mixture cloth
