Reports emerging indicate that the former board chairman of the local football club, Accra Hearts of Oak, Alhaji Sulemana Braimah, has passed on.
According to an insider, the former board chair of the football club died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
In accordance with the tradition of Islamic, he is therefore expected to be buried tomorrow.
However, Alhaji Braimah’s tenure as head of the Accra Hearts of Oak is believed to have shown up the performance of the local football club which has seen the team become one of the most formidable and competitive in West Africa.
