The former president of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama and his wife, Lordina Mahama have welcomed their first grandchild.
The couple took to social media to share photos of the newborn baby and announce the birth of their grandson.

“Granddaddy duties. Welcome, Nhyira. Congrats Mr. & Mrs Nana Kofi Gaisie”.

A social media user, Kyabebs wrote; “Grandpa John. Congratulations sir#We know your daughters will have the best grandpa in your generation”
