23-year-old Freda Rhymz has emerged the winner of MTN Hitmaker Season 6. She goes down in history as the first female to ever emerged the champion of this competition.
Freda was crowned the winner at the finals of the MTN HitMaker competition yesterday 1st November 2017. She beat Drew, Yaw Berk and Xali to emerge champion last night.
Freda Rhymz walked away with GH¢ 100,000, $5000 video sponsored by content connect and a recording contract. Drew who came second also took home GH¢ 20,000.

Yaw Berk emerged the third winner while reggae and dancehall artiste Xali placed fourth.
Another winner at the MTN HitMaker finals was Dj Breezy who was crowned the best beat maker beating Richie Mensah and Magnom for it.
The event saw spectacular performances from Kurl songx, Kuame Eugene and former MTN HitMaker champion, Kidi, the “Odo” crooner.
