Legendary music producer Da’ Hammer has been bashed by fans of “Total Cheat” hitmaker Fancy Gadam over a comment he passed concerning their artiste.
Hammer, who shared his view after Fancy Gadam won the Most popular song of the year at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards that Patapaa’s “One Corner” rather deserved the award and not the Tamale-based artiste song. This comment didn’t go down well with some fans who attacked the producer on social media.

The producer who revealed what fans did to him in an interview on Kumasi based radio Sikka FM with Tony Montana stated his comment was not in any way undermining Fancy Gadam but rather he was addressing the VGMA board.
“I want the supporters of Fancy Gadam to understand that, I’m not downplaying their boy”.
“The only issue is that it’s time for the VGMA’s to improve on the whole event and make it better”. He said
