Ghana Football Association Boss, Mr. Akwesi Nyantakyi has been granted bail by the CID after being interrogated for over 5 hours at the CID Headquarters.
The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo ordered the arrest of the GFA president Kwesi Nyantakyi after he watched excerpts of the yet to be released Anas Aremeyaw Anas lastest exposé centered on Ghana football where the GFA president used his name to extort bribes from investors.

Kwesi Nyantakyi allegedly stated that he has the president in his pocket and all that investors need to do is to give the president $5 Million and the Vice President $3 Million and they will secure any contract they want
He was picked up by plain clothed CID officers at the Kotoko International Airport to the CID headquarters after he returned to the country from Morocco today, 23rd May 2018.

Kwesi Nyantakyi after he was granted bail and told to report tomorrow thank all his supporters for standing by him throughout this trying times.
He also assured the police he will assist in the investigation and provide them with everything they need from him.
