A sad video on social media that has captured the attention of many internet users shows the moment a young man was caught and accused of taking advantage of a mentally challenged woman.
As reported, the young man lured the mentally challenged woman into an uncompleted building to seduce and have intercourse with her.
However, the suspect denied the allegation and explained that he only took the woman to the spot to have a conversation with her.
