Whiles, Nana Appiah Mensah has been ordered by the court to pay a bail of 1 billion cedis with five sureties.
He took to Facebook to pour out his sentiments. He wrote; “Court has granted bail in the sum of GHC200K each with two sureties to four of the eight accused persons standing trial for the kidnapping of 2 Canadians.
And a court wants 1 billion GHC with 5 sureties from NAM1 as bail conditions? Ghana indeed is a forkin kentre. #YEAROFAABUNDANCE#sikanhyiraadom”.

The embattled CEO of the gold firm, Nana Appiah Mensah was arrested on his arrival in Ghana on 11th July.
He was arraigned before court and was charged with defrauding by false pretense and operating a banking business without a license.
Nana Appiah Mensah was later granted bail at a sum of 1 billion cedis with five sureties.
