The Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) is challenging people who claim investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ method of undercover journalism is crude to head to court in challenging that bit.
“In any case, if anybody feels the method which Anas uses is crude, you simply have to go to court for the court to make it clear that Anas can’t use his procedure”. An official of the association has said.

“When the court accepts, it will automatically become a law and nobody can breach it” he added.
Mr. Kofi Yeboah, Secretary of the Ghana Journalists Association said this in an interview with Kwame Adinkra on Kumasi-based Abusua FM in Kumasi last Thursday.
Mr. Yeboah’s comment comes as a response to claims by Mr. Kennedy Agyapong that Anas is an “evil extortionist” adding that he has a smoking gun on the activities of Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his team Tiger Eye PI. He further described their activity as “evil and illegal” insisting he will soon blow their cover

But Mr. Agyapong seems not to get it right this time as most people in the country have condemned his recent actions and attacks on the investigative journalist.
He has however released pictures on social media claiming to be Anas Aremyaw Anas but Mr. Kweku Baako denied the leaked pictures as either being Anas or any of his boys he works with.
Mr. Yeboah in his interview dared Mr. Kennedy Agyapong to take the matter to court if he feels indeed Anas is corrupt as he claimed earlier or hand over the necessary documents to the Special Prosecutor.

According to the GJA, Anas Aremeyaw has committed no offense as far as the code of conduct of the GJA is concerned.
He urged that people must encourage Anas to continue his good job for the country instead of trying to bring him down because the risk involved is higher and dangerous.
