Today is International Mother’s day and Ghanaians have been sending goodwill messages to their mothers. Ghanaian celebrities in the creative arts industry and in the media have also joined to celebrate their mothers on social media.

It is a fact that several fathers in Ghana are dead beat fathers and as such leave the burden of taking care of their children to the women. Indeed women in Ghana deserves to be celebrated.
