Ghanaians love promoting foolish songs – Kuami Eugene

Lynx Entertainment signed artiste Eugene Marfo known in showbiz as Kuami Eugene has thrown at Ghanaian music lovers saying they always love to promote foolish songs than songs with content.

According to the ‘Turn up’ hitmaker, he has realized that in Ghana songs that have rich content and carry out good messages find it difficult to be played on radio or television.

He continued and added that when it comes to the foolish songs they are easily played and he finds it hard to come in terms with that.

He said: “Sometimes bad songs get attention than the good ones. One needs to keep promoting one’s good song by roaming from radio station to radio station to get the needed attention from the public.”

”When you release one foolish song, everybody is willing to push that one,” he ended.

Some social media users have shared same concerns over songs that easily get promoted citing Patapaa’s one corner as a typical example.

In recent times, Bosom PYung’s and the song of the moment ‘Ataa Adwoa’ has also faced similar bashing.
