Ghanaian gospel diva, Empress Gifty has finally replied critics who always bash her anytime she posts pictures of herself wearing wild outfits like a slay queen.
Speaking in an interview over her new dressing style, the gospel singer argued that the Bible even endorses dressing well hence she finds no fault with wearing skimpy dresses.
She went on to say that because she is a representative of God on Earth, appearing good is one of the best ways for her to spread God’s glory and mercies.
Gifty Adorye further argued that the Bible never mentioned that people have to look filthy and messy in order for them to worship God well.
In her own words;
“I have not seen anywhere in the Bible that you have to look dirty before you can worship God; no. I have not seen anywhere,”
“It is said that all good things come from above which means they come from God so if I am representing this God who created me and gave me this gift then I need to do it well and I don’t see anything wrong with that.”
