The former Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Authority Gifty Oware-Mensah, has arrived in the country after weeks in absentia.
Gifty made the news weeks ago after she was fingered as one of the people responsible for the ghost names in the payroll of the NSA formerly NSS.
Earlier report suggested that she had left the shore of Ghana for fear of being arrested to face criminal charges being levelled against her.
It later emerged that she was on a National assignment with the Black Queens in Morocco because she was the Chairperson of the Black Queens management committee.
It added that she has already communicated to the NIB that she would return to the country and avail herself for questioning.
True to her words, she has today touched down at the Kotoka International Airport and we are informed she has already notified the NIB that she is available for questioning.
In a video available, she was seen walking in the company of some people before being met by Socrate Safo.
