Zylofon FM renowned presenter, Blakk Rasta is of the view that the aggrieved Menzgold customers shouldn’t be chasing the CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah but rather some authorities in the country.
According to the Reggae musician, all customers on Menzgold should go after Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) and the Bank of Ghana (BoG) for their locked up investment.

Giving clarification to his point, he stated that these regulatory bodies failed to exhibit their professionalism in the discharge of their duties leading to the problems that have caused trouble for NAM1 and other Ghanaians.
He added that these authoritative bodies serving as security agencies for the citizens have failed totally to protect them and as such must be blamed for all the consequences.
Blakk Rasta emphatically cited an example that a watchmen/security men are hired or appointed as protectors not warning givers so they should have done everything possible in their power to arrest NAM1 if they claim he is a thief.
Speaking on his popular show on Zylofon FM, he said: “If I were the customers of Menzgold I will not be running after Nana Appiah Mensah. I will be running after EOCO, SEC and BoG. Let me give you a scenario, if you put a security man in charge of your life and sees a thief coming to rob you don’t open your house I am warning you and the thief finds another way to gets into this house and attack these people and the security man goes out there and all he say is I gave you a warning but you did not heed to the warning…is that a good security man? Were you put in charge of dealing with the thief or you were put in charge of warning? If you have evidence that this is a thief what would you do….arrest the thief you don’t go giving warnings around”.
Well, all stories about NAM1 both with his previous life and current position somehow speak ill about him but as Blakk Rasta is saying, many Ghanaians are of the view that our security officials failed us once again.
