Graphic reporter detained by police for reporting on demo against Badu Kobi

A reporter with the Graphic Communication group identified as ClassPee Della Russel has been arrested by Sakumano Police for reporting on demonstration to Prophet Badu Kobi’s church yesterday.

Yesterday, some angry women led by broadcaster Afia Pokuaa led a delegation of about 1,000 women in a demonstration to the Glorious Waves chapel where Prophet Badu Kobi is the head pastor.

According to the aggrieved women, the embarked on the demonstration to express their displeasure to the ethnocentric comment passed by Prophet Badu Kobi some weeks ago.

In a Facebook post sighted on Afia Pokuaa wall, she failed to give more details about the detainment of the journalist but just a post to make people aware of what had happened.

She posted: “Sakumono Police detain Graphic Communication reporter ClassPee Della Russel for covering 1000 womens march against Prophet Badu Kobi’s Kobi’s ethnocentric comments”.
