Adansi-Asokwa MP KT Hammond vented his spleen on ousted Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac in parliament following his earlier decision not to leave the job.
Milovan in the aftermath of the poor showing of the Black Stars at the ongoing AFCON 2021 in Cameroon stated that he was not going to leave his position as head coach.
According to him, his objective was to qualify the Black Stars to the World Cup in Qatar and not to perform at the AFCON. Therefore, he added that it was not right for him to be asked to leave the Black Stars job considering the fact that AFCON glory was not his mandate.
On the back of that, KT Hammond has described Milovan Rajevac as brainless. According to him, it was an unwise speech on the part of the Serbian to have said he would not leave the Black Stars job.
This statement was made before the official statement from the GFA confirming that Milovan Rajevac has been relieved of his position as the Head Coach of the Black Stars.
Ballistic KT Hammond did not mince words when he described Milovan as unfit for the job. He lambasted the FA and the Sports Ministry for bringing back an ‘old clueless man’ to manage the national team.
