Highlife singer and Zylofon Music premier signee, Nana Yaw Kumi also known as Kumi Guitar was the first artiste to be signed on Zylofon Media after the company started operations two years back.
The “Betweener” hitmaker was on Wednesday night admitted to a hospital in Tantra Hill, a suburb of Accra after he complained of not feeling well on during a studio session, therefore, he had to be rushed to the hospital and was later admitted.

The Head of Communications at Zylofon Media, Sammy flex indicated that the musician was admitted at an undisclosed health centre on the evening of Wednesday, April 25.
A warm wish was sent to him by Host of Zylofon Fm Shwobiz Agenda, Sammy Flex even though reports had started coming in that he was responding to treatment.
Kumi Guitar is noted for songs like ‘Dream’ and ‘Betweener’. He got three nominations in the just ended VGMA’s but could not win any award on the night.
