For days now, the report of Hollywood star, Peter Mensah in Ghana has gone viral. The Ghanaian Hollywood has been in Ghana for weeks and from the report, he is here to bury his late father, Mr. Peter Osei Mensah who died on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, in Kumasi.
Born in Accra, Peter Mensah and his family are from Chiraa in the Brong Ahafo Region. From what Ghpage.com has gathered, Peter and his family moved to Hertfordshire, England at an early age. The later Mr. Peter Osei Mensah an engineer, Mother a writer and two younger siblings were the family that moved to England.

Mr. Peter Osei Mensah who died in his 80s was the owner of Mount Olivet School at Odeneho Kwadaso in Kumasi.
At an early age of 6, Peter Mensah started practicing martial art. Over the years, he perfected the martial art. Along the line, Peter developed the passion for performing. Although Peter was an engineer, he left to Canada to fully pursue a career in the entertainment industry, specifically, in movies.

Among the world-class movies, Peter has featured in are: Avatar, 300, Hidalgo, Tears of the Sun, Jason X, Harvard Man, Bless the Child, The Incredible Hulk and the short film, The Seed.
Peter Mensah is also famous for his appearance in Television series such as Star Trek: Enterprise, Tracker, Witchblade, Blue Murder, Relic Hunter, Earth: Final Conflict, Highlander: The Raven, La Femme Nikita, A Nero Wolfe Mystery and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

He is equally famous for his role in the popular TV series, Spartacus. He played the character of Oenomaus in Spartacus and was n the Spartacus Panel at Comic-Con 2009 and 2011. He equally had a recurring role in the fifth season of True Blood.
He did the voice and likeness of Sgt. Zach Hammond in EA’s video game Dead Space. Peter is the voice of Predaking, the mythical beast like the pioneer of the Predacons in Transformers: Prime.
