“Hustle make ur kids talk say is it my fault my father is rich?” – Davido jabs haters

Popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has hopped on the viral twitter trend “ Hustle oo” to shade critics who opine that it’s only due to his father’s wealth that he has become successful in the music industry.

The phrase ‘hustle oo’ is usually used to shade people who think some lifestyles aren’t necessary simply because they cannot afford it. A typical example is people usually say Pizza is overrated and whatnot, in response to such a person one could say, “hustle oo you no go say pizza just be bread wey dem spray meat for top”.

In the same vein, Davido has come after people who have criticised him, due to the fact that he is a musician who has a very wealthy father.

Davido has pointed out that he has worked very hard to stay relevant in the industry regardless of his father’s wealth. This is contrary to opinions that he was made my his father’s wealth. Talking about this experience he said;

Yes I want to thank all my brothers and sisters, my fans, people that have supported me. I am already used to this industry…Seven years now and nobody supports me, its just hate, from morning till night. because of what? my papa get money. I work hard, i deliver hits. I take care of my people. So if you have a problem with me, suck ma d**k”

Further shading his critics regarding the subject he tweeted;
