A 28-year-old guy has disclosed that he is on the verge of choosing between life and death.

The young guy has said that he is in a state of confusion, not knowing what exactly to do next.
Narrating his story, he claims he has been in a relationship with his girlfriend for more than 2 years.
Sadly enough, the girlfriend, due to reasons best known to her wants to quit being in a relationship with him.
He claims this has made him develop high blood pressure.
Adding that, at the moment, the only thought running through his mind is committing suicide.
