Outgoing second gentleman of Ghana, Dr. Bawumia has promised to make the lives of the victims of the Kantakanto fire outbreak better.
This comes after the vice president paid a courtesy call to the victims earlier today, December 6, 2024.
Speaking to the victims, Dr. Bawumia stated that the sad incident has not badly affected only the victims, but he, the vice president too.
He claims even though the other bigwigs of the NPP had visited the scene, he couldn’t sit without seeing things with his naked eyes.
He assured the victims that, even though he wouldn’t be the vice president of Ghana from tomorrow forward, he would do his best to rebuild the market.
He added that to facilitate things at the market, being a digital man, he would install CCTV cameras at the market to ensure that everything that happened secretly could be brought to the limelight.
