The brother of the ex-president of Ghana Ibrahim Mahama has taken legal actions against the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling NPP, Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.
Ibrahim Mahama has sued Chairman Wontumi for defamation of his character over claims that he (Ibrahim) bought Hajia4Real his birthday Range Rover and house.
Prior to Ibrahim Mahama’s lawsuit against the Ashanti Regional’s NPP Chairman, Hajia4Reall through her lawyers called the latter to apologize within 24 hours or face her in court.
This follows when Wontumi on the radio stated that Hajia4Reall’s lavish birthday gifts were all sponsored by Ibrahim Mahama.
After her law complaint went down the drain, the man himself who had his name mentioned in connection to the birthday has boldly taken a step to further proceed this case regardless.
In a writ sighted, Ibrahim Mahama is suing Bernard Antwi Bosiako aka Chairman Wontumi, his company Wontumi Mutlmedia and one Kenneth Mensah.
The writ of summoning which has been spotted by Ghpage News was actually dated yesterday July 13 and it seems Ibrahim Mahama wants to teach the Chairman a bitter lesson.
The writ is dated today and gives Chairman Wontumi 8 days to respond.
