Maame Akua Donkor, the founder of Ghana Freedom Party in contempt of the court summons over the Papa No saga is still on her grounds saying Mahama is the “Papa No’.
It was reported yesterday that Mary Awusi, former NDC parliamentary candidate for Asante AKyem North slapped Maame Akua Donkor and Wontumi Radio with a lawsuit at the Accra High Court for defamation.

The plaintiff, Mary Awusi, is demanding GH¢1million damages, a retraction and apology and restraining order to prevent them(Maame Akua Donkor and Wontumi Radio) from making such talks again.
However, Maame Akua reacting to the court summon on UTV’s ‘Mmmra No Se sen’ hosted Vim Lady disclosed that she has not received any court summons as of the time the news went rife.
“I haven’t received any document from the court………” Akua Donkor said
According to her Akua Donkor, she’s waiting for a letter. Very bold whiles speaking on UTV, the controversial politician stated that she was due to travel but would wait until she’s served with a letter by the court.
Unruffled by the damages at stake if found guilty of the charges, Akua Donkor said the lawsuit filed against her is a joke and she wants John Mahama himself to sue her and face her in court.
She once again alleged that Mary Awusi, the complainant is Mahama’s ex-girlfriend whom he has a child with and has bought her a very expensive house.
