The management of Menzgold held a press conference today, 27th September 2018 to address troubling issues concerning Menzgold in recent times and to assure investors their investments are safe.
The management revealed in order to clarify the ongoing brouhaha with the Securities and Exchange Commission which has ordered them to shut down the gold vault investment service and to stop the abuse of power from the Central Bank of Ghana, Menzgold has sued SEC and Bank of Ghana for unnecessary interference in their operations.

Menzgold also revealed during the press conference that they will start paying investors from tomorrow. Unfortunately, not every investor will be entitled to his matured 10% interest.
From their press conference; here’s the note to customers
1. You can only withdraw your dividend if it has matured to the date SEC shutdown their gold vault investment services. That is IF your investment matured before 12th September 2018.
2. If your matured date falls within the date after the shutdown order from SEC, sorry, no dividend for you. Don’t go to the branch office because you won’t get it. They explained they couldn’t trade to pay you because of the shutdown order.
3. If you fall within those whose profit matured before the shutdown, you should wait for a text message on the next step to take before you can get your profit. If you are not getting any message, visit the nearest branch for an update.
4. To withdraw your principal; the press conference failed to make it clear enough. Which is they failed to answer that part clearly. We advise you to visit the nearest branch for more clarification.
