Joy news editor Israel Laryea is back again as issues of Menzgold gets hotter and hotter by the day. The Multimedia journalist has taken a swipe at the embattled gold firm, Menzgold boss, Nana Appiah Mensah after absconding the shores of the land over massive demonstrations by aggrieved customers.
Four months ago, Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Menzgold angrily descended on JoyNew’s Editor Israel Laryea after Joy News reported about Menzgold London activities and explained how their offices and activities are so different from how Menzgold is operated in Ghana.
According to Nana Appiah Mensah, Israel Laryea is a retarded mind and stupid journalist worth celebrating.

After a warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah was issued after his investment company, Menzgold, failed to refund client’s monies, Israel Laryea took to Instagram to throw a subtle jab at NAM 1 by sharing a doctored video of Kumi Guitar’s “Betweener” song.
In the video, NAM 1 was seen with others jamming to the Highlife song in his private jet and captioned it:
“Social media is so fickle. Once you appreciate this, your sojourn here will be less flappable. In the meantime, I’m only now discovering the soundtrack to this viral video was done by Kumi Guitar. It’s a good track.”
