The brain behind GH Page, Rashad Emmanuel has questioned if there were proper checks on OK Frimpong before he could finally become a Member of Parliament, stating that the Parliament of Ghana should bow its head in shame.
The GH Page boss decided to add his cent to the OK Frimpong’s predicament during the recent episode of his “Rash Hour” show aired across the official social media platforms for GH Page.
The renowned blogger reacted to the issue based on the report that the Member of Parliament was arrested for money laundering, romance scams among other evil bedevilling ways in amassing wealth.
The blogger questioned, “What is in parliament that when anyone uses dubious means to make money, they want to get there?” as he used Kofi Boat’s issue to buttress his claims.
Despite the fact that OK Frimpong stood as an independent candidate, Rashad questioned “Did he go through some form of vetting?” Rashad believed that “This rumor has always been there and for now, I cannot say whether or not he is guilty”.
To the other members of Parliament, Rashad stressed that the memories of the dead are an advice to the living, stating that “this is a lesson to Ghanaian politicians. What has happened is an embarrassment to the parliament of Ghana, and the entire Ghana. It is a disgrace to us”.
