Former president of the fourth republic of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings has jokingly made his wish known to Ghanaians that he wishes to come back to power for “just one year”.
Speaking on Joy FM’s “Flip Side”, the former president stated clearly he wishes to rule Ghana for just a year to deal with the water sector in the country.

In the interview he is quoted saying:
“Sometimes people ask me, won’t you like to come back to the office. I’d say no but actually, if you have to give it to me for one year I’d just like to deal with the water sect,” the report claimed.
