Former President John Agyekum Kuffuor was the only former president left yet to speak his mind on the latest Anas corruption exposé titled Number 12 which will be premiered tomorrow.
The Number 12 is centered on corruption activities within Ghana football fraternity as well as some element of corruption in Ghana politics in relation to sporting activities.
Already Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo after watching excerpts of the video filed a complaint with the police Criminal Investigation Department that the president of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi was peddling influence as captured in the video.
Allegedly, Kwesi Nyantakyi told potential investors that Ghana is the easiest place to do business because all that you need to do is to give Nana Addo $5 Million and his vice Dr. Bawumia $3 Million. He ended by saying Nana Addo is in his pocket and he does what he tells him to do.
The president of Ghana, Nana Addo, and his vice, Dr. Bawumia has reacted to the video after watching it. Former presidents, Jerry John Rawlings and John Dramani Mahama have all reacted to the video condemning the level of corruption they saw in the video. Now ex-president Kuffuor has also watched the video and he is outraged.
In short, video shared by Anas on his social media handles not long ago, former president Kuffuor stated that he wants Ghanaians to be shocked and angry with the evil practice they will see when they watch the video.
He further called on the authorities to investigate the individuals in the video and make sure they apply the outcome of the investigations.
“I want the nation to be shocked of this practice…of this evil. But I believe this is a country of laws and investigations should be carried out and the outcomes should be applied,” Former President John Agyekum Kuffuor sadly said.
