John Dumelo declares his intentions to contest for MP in Volta Region

Ghanaian actor turned politician, John Dumelo has finally declared his intentions to contest for a parliamentary seat in the Volta Region of Ghana.

The actor made this revelation in an interview with Ghanacelebrities.com on the “state of politics in Ghana and how well the ruling NPP is performing”.

According to John Dumelo, he has finally made up his mind to contest the seat but he did not name exactly the seat he will be contesting for, come 2020.

However, the actor admitted that winning the election in 2020 will be easy for him. The only difficulties will be winning the party primaries to represent the party in 2020.

Touching on his sources of finance for the campaigns ahead, John Dumelo revealed he has no intentions of being indebted financially to anyone that will push him to be corrupt.

He assured that proceeds from his farms will be sufficient enough to cater for all experience when he finally contests for the Member of Parliament seat.

John Dumelo also talked about his new found love of sports betting. He disclosed how he has been so lucky winning huge sums of money.
