Hajia4Reall real name Mona Faiz Montrage decision to be self-deported has been approved by a US court.
The Ghanaian socialite was sentenced to 12 months in prison at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia after pleading guilty to conspiracy to receive stolen money.
On November 1, 2024, her legal team, Fast Law, filed the request, claiming that the document was required to start the self-deportation process.
Prosecutors did not object to the application, according to court documents.
J. Paul Oetken, a US District Judge, has finally granted the request and ordered that the passport be given to her attorneys.
Hajia4Reall will immediately return to Ghana upon completing her sentence.
