Ghanaian dancehall artiste Jupitar has expressed his anger at Accra-based radio Hitz FM after they tagged his concert as the “Flopped show of the year” in their Something Wicked Awards held a few days ago.
Jupitar held a concert on December 18, 2021, dubbed the one Concert which according to the radio station was a flop due to low patronage and other factors.
But after their announcement, Jupitar didn’t take it lightly with them as he took to social media to state how disappointed he is in the media house.
According to his post, those in charge of the awards were very stupid asking why they would go to such an extent to disrespect artistes.
He posted: “You guys are very stupid to post this honestly…reason why we no go go far as an industry, total disrespect”

He continued that he used only one week to promote his show due to the COVID and in the end, the show was a success than what he imagined.
“Just a week promo and i got this love from fans for an intimate concert..God bless the street for the love..but this media errh @Hitz1039FM I leave you ppl to God,” he tweeted.

Jupitar concluded that no media house was present to cover the event adding that it was just him and his fans but Hitz FM want to discriminate and discourage him.
