The government of Ghana has given Kantanka Automobile 10 years tax holiday as well as free duties on imported materials for the next 10 years.
By this tax waiver, Kantanka Automobile will not pay any tax on any of their products for the next 10 years and they will neither pay import duties on any assembling material imported into the country.
This is an initiative taken by the government to ensure the Kantanka brand flourish to compete with other automobiles across the globe.

This important information was announced by the CEO of Kantanka Group of Companies Nana Kwadjo Safo Ankofena Jnr at the end of year party and awards ceremony held at his residence in Kwabenya on 6th January 2019.
With this initiative, millions of Ghanaians are hoping the high cost of Kantanka cars will come down for the middle class to be able to purchase some of the vehicles.
