Hiplife duo, Keche, known in real life as Joshua Kojo Ampah (Keche Joshua) and Andrew Kofi Cudjoe (Keche Andrew), has thrown another subtle jab at Pope Skinny stating that the Tema-based rapper is not a good rapper as he proclaims.
Recall that their colleague and rapper Pope Skinny, now known as Asuodengod In an attempt to revive his dead or so to say his “dying” musical career went from one radio station to the other passing some controversial comments with one being that Ghanaian rappers have now turned to singers and declared that he is the only person who can resurrect the “dead” Ghanaian rap music.

According to them, Pope Skinny is not talented because most of his fans cannot relate to the lyrics in his songs citing that fans can’t rap along Pope Skinny’s song when he is performing on stage, they said on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Monday.
“Pope Skinny can be on stage and I don’t see 2,000 fans doing his rap. But I can see about 3,000 to 10,000 fans doing my rap on stage…”
“If your rap is not easy for the fans to relate to then you’re not a good rapper. Jay Z, Kanye… they are the best. You can easily relate to mine just like Sarkodie is doing…” Joshua added.
