According to reports, Ghpage.com gathered from the grounds this morning and as reported by Joy Fm’s broadcaster, Kojo Yankson indicates that the explosion was caused by a Khebab seller who operates just across the street from the Gas station.
Residents were thrown into a state of pandemonium following the piercing sound of the explosion as well as the giant scary fireball that was formed in the sky.
Yankson reported that one of the Gas tanks at the Station has been leaking and the smell was hovering around the place forcing workers to evacuate the premises but later the Kheleb seller going about his business lit a fire which turned the Gas into flames.

As at this morning, six people are reported dead and others injured out of a stampede in the quest for survival from the danger.
It can be seen from videos below that the Police has also picked up the owner of the Gas Station.
