The Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the year at the 2018 AFRIMA Awards, Stonebwoy has stated that his kingship in the music industry is like that of the Asantehene, Otomfour Osei Tutu II.
According to the musician, the Asantehene, Otomfour Osei Tutu II does not have to proclaim to the world that he is a king because everyone is aware of that fact.

“I don’t have to remind people that I am the king in this music industry. If Otomfour is King, he doesn’t have to remind his people that he is king”, he stated.
This year, Stonebwoy originally known as Livingstone Etse Satekla emerged the winner as the Dancehall Artiste of the Year in Ghana and Africa at both the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) and the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards all hosted here in Ghana.
He also disclosed that AFRIMA has been doing things with him internationally for five years since his first performance at that awards.
He also stated that “The world is bigger than Ghana, so let’s open our minds”.
