KOD rewards policeman who risked his life to save others during the Accra floods

Remember the police officer who received lots of praises from social media users after photos of him carrying people across on his back during the floods surfaced?  Well, his good deeds have been rewarded by media personality, Kofi Okyere Darko.

The officer has been identified as Chief Inspector Mintah of the Accra Regional Police command. He became a social media sensation after he was captured carrying a number of schoolchildren on his back to safe grounds.

Reacting to the policeman’s selfless gesture KOD said;

When I saw the story, I shared it on Facebook but after sharing, I said to myself, this officer is worth celebrating hence my decision to look for him”.
