Seasoned actor Seth Kwabena Kyere Karikari popularly known as Koo Fori has made a shocking revelation about his acting life and how it has affected his personal life.

In an interview with Andy Dosty on Accra based radio station Hitz FM, Koo Fori revealed that though he acts like a drunkard in movies he has never taken alcohol in his entire life.
Koo Fori clearly stated that he is from a strong Christian home that dislikes the idea of a Christian to take alcohol.
In his submission during the interview he said “I have never drunk alcohol before, Never in my life. Immediately I get into the act of a drunkard, I begin to sweat and I do not know where it comes from. Psychologically, it has taken effect on me”
Koo Fori rose to fame after starring in a popular local series “Efiewura” which is still aired on TV3.

He further disclosed that when his mother saw him first time acting like a drunkard on the screens she cried bitterly because she thought her son has neglected their family’s and Bible’s stance on alcohol.
”My mother cried bitterly the first day she saw me on TV, playing the role of a drunkard. I explained to her but it took her a very long time for her to understand.“ he said.
