CEO of Slip Entertainment, Mark Okraku Mantey has advised Kuami Eugene and his management to take steps to manage the level of fame the budding musician is exposed to now.

Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he said the musician’s comments concerning Patapaa’s music being noisy might be a result of his inability to handle the level of fame he is currently enjoying and stressed that the highlife sensation might let fame drag him into doing drugs.

“…if fame gets into the head of Eugene, I won’t be surprised. Fame is a strong force because he is 21 and he has a big problem. Lynxx Entertainment has a big problem and he has to learn how to manage fame at his age,” he said.

“We went to Kumasi with him and you can see craze around him; big women, big men, young people. The guy is magic now at 21. And the danger is that they are likely to buy into a lot of things, that is when some of them go into drugs, some women would control them, fans will let the stardom eats into your head…, he added.

“Lynxx must make sure they give him extra attention because looking at the talent he has, he has a long way to go… but if he doesn’t get a good strong management, fame is danger and drugs, big people can’t even manage it,” he concluded.
