We have been informed of another explosion at Kumasi. The explosion we gather happened at Kaase this afternoon.
This comes barely 24 hours after a disastrous explosion hit Apiate in the Western Region affecting lives and properties in the township.
From video footage of the explosion, a large plume of smoke could be seen above a fuel tanker at Kaase in the Region.
Reports from the scene indicate that the firefighters on Friday afternoon battled to quell a near-disastrous explosion.
The actual cause of the explosion is unclear but already wooden structures have been destroyed. Stay with us for an update.
