A funeral and burial service was held yesterday, 14th July 2018 for all the 4 victims who lost their life in Kumasi floods last month. The Kumasi Flood victims who lost their lives were Louisa, Christian, Liza, and Susana.
The joint funeral service was held at Asokore Mampong MA Primary School Park for the late victims and family and loved ones of the 4 victims couldn’t hold back their tears. It was a sad moment at the Asokore Mampong MA Primary School Park.

Last month, news went viral that a part of Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti Region has flooded. From the report, the four victims were washed away by the floods and their bodies were discovered the following the day by officials of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO)
Confirming the news the Ashanti Regional Coordinator of NADMO, Mr. Kwabena Nsenkyire revealed that the death toll would have been higher had it not been the timely interventions of Ghana National Fire Service and NADMO.
