A piece of information that has reached the front desk of Ghpage.com clearly indicates that the personnel from the Ashanti Regional Police Command of the Ghana Police Service have arrested the head pastor of Open Arms Ministry, in North Suntreso, Kumasi.

From a reliable source, the head pastor, Kofi Nkansah Sarkodie was arrested and rushed away by the police in their patrol vehicle after information got to the regional command that he was conducting a church service.
Prior to his arrest, Kofi Nkansah Sarkodie had gathered his church members at the church in flagrant disregard of the President’s directive banning gatherings and groupings of more than 25 people.
Arrogantly, pastor Sarkodie popularly called ‘Saint Sark’ was reportedly spotted to have opened the church which is located at North Suntreso and had loads of church members praying which led to his arrest.

By reports that there was near physical confrontation between members of the church and the personnel from the Police, but for the professionalism and preparedness of the personnel, it would have degenerated into something else.
