Popular Ghanaian music artiste, George Adu, better known as Kwabena Kwabena, has revealed that his failure to listen to his parents’ advice has caused him so much regret.
The high-life artiste tied the knot in 2010 at the forecourt of His Majesty’s (HM) in La, a suburb of Accra.
Nevertheless, his marriage hit the rocks a few years later when his wife accused him of infidelity.

“Inasmuch as marriage is an important event in one’s life, I regret rushing into it”, he revealed in an interview on Adom FM’s ‘Work and Happiness’ show.
The ‘Bue Kwan’hitmaker opened up to Ohemaa Woyeje that it was unfortunate his marriage didn’t work out as expected.
In addition, he said, “I think for me the little I have learned is that I never listened to my parents. I have learned my lessons now…”.
“What I would advise is that the young people are so much in a hurry to marry. They should take their time. I pray the good Lord puts me in a better place next time…” he said.
