Kumawood’s richest actor cum musician Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as LilWin visited Denkyira Obuasi in the central region to shoot his upcoming music video for the song ‘Nyame Gye Me’ (God Save Me)

According to the popular actor, he opted for the town as his setting because he wanted to put a little smile on their faces.He believes a number of the inhabitants are innocent but are living in fears — hence the title, ‘Nyame Gye Me’ (God Save Me).

Denkyira Obuasi, a town in the Central Region has become widely known for all the wrong reason after some residence in the township took the law in their own hands to gruesomely lynched the late Major, Maxwell Adam Mahama.
