Popular Ghanaian fetish priest Nana Kwaku Bonsam has explained why he decided to stand as Member of Parliament for Offinso North Constituency in the Ashanti Region.
He revealed that he has sought permission from his gods and also perform the necessary rites to enable him to embark on this new mission.
Kwaku Bonsam indicated this his decision to stand for Member of Parliament is to use his influence to bring development to the people of Offinso North.
He further stated that he is very disappointed in all the former presidents because they never embarked on any developmental projects in his constituency.
Nana Kwaku Bonsam added that he cannot comprehend why Ghana is very rich with natural resources but still borrow huge sums of money from the developed countries.
The fetish priest added that he has already started his campaign and is positive that he will win the seat.

The popular fetish priest recently disclosed his decision to contest as Member of Parliament for Offinso North Constituency.
Nana Kwaku Bonsam stated that he is not contesting on the ticket of the NDC or NPP but as an Independent candidate.
The seat is currently occupied by A.C.Ntim of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who is also the Deputy Minister of local government in charge of rural economic development.
Nana Kwaku Bonsam is hopeful that he will take over the seat and represent Offinso North at parliament.
